It is possible to build your own sauna to detox your body. We highly recommend you read the information on Dr. Wilson's web site for infrared sauna therapy, order his book & CD-ROM AND order Dr. Sherry Rogers book Detox or Die.

Anyone with simple construction skills can build one of these saunas using poplar or cedar lumber. We purchased our cedar from a local lumber mill in Rogersville, TN that sells wholesale to the public. Pictures of the project are below. Click on each thumbnail for a larger picture.
